Police are using timing speed measuring device, such as VASCAR, Gap Timing, Robic (stop watch) for enforcing speed limit laws.  Law enforcement are hiding their stealth 1 vehicle coupled with no radar speed measuring devices to issue speeding tickets, traffic stops and probable cause.  The best defense to fight these type of tickets are to retain an expert or expert witness.
