Police are using new methods to enforce speed limit laws. Enforcement is to issue speeding tickets to probable cause traffic stop.  Some traffic stops are for safety and others are to produce financial products.  Some methods / devices  for speed enforcement are pacing, and speed timing devices (Gap Time), such as VASCAR and Robic.
